Delivery Policy

1. Professional Services
Unlimited Potential primarily delivers professional services rather than goods. The scope, dates, participants, location, format, deliverables, and responsibilities for each engagement are recorded in the applicable proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.
2. Delivery Formats
Services may be delivered in person, virtually, or through a hybrid structure. The chosen format depends on the engagement architecture, institutional requirements, location, participant needs, and written agreement.
3. Confirmation and Scheduling
Payment alone does not establish a delivery date or scope. Delivery is confirmed when the applicable written conditions have been satisfied and the parties have agreed the schedule. Clients should use the invoice reference supplied by Unlimited Potential when making a website payment.
4. Materials and Tools
Where an engagement includes workbooks, assessments, curriculum, reports, or supplementary tools, they are provided at the stage and in the format appropriate to the agreed architecture. Access and reproduction rights are subject to the engagement agreement and intellectual-property terms.
5. Travel, Venues, and Third Parties
Travel, accommodation, venue, production, technical, and third-party costs are allocated as agreed in writing. Delivery may depend on reasonable access, participant availability, venue readiness, technology, and timely client decisions.
6. The Covenant Code and Companion Workbook
The Covenant Code and its companion workbook are complete and planned for publication in 2026. They are not currently offered for purchase or fulfilment through this website. The Book page collects registrations for a publication announcement only.
7. Disruption and Rescheduling
Severe weather, disaster, illness, travel disruption, government action, infrastructure failure, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may require a change in date, location, or format. The parties will work in good faith to agree a responsible alternative.
